Natalie Billheimer, the layout/design editor for The Pioneer, is a high school senior who is enrolled as a concurrent college student at OCCC. She is pursuing an associate’s degree in graphic design with plans to seek a bachelor’s degree in the same field from the University of Central Oklahoma.
